Choose the exact styles, sizes, and quantities needed for your guest count. Need help determining how many banquet tables or linen drops are required for your venue layout? Our Irvine showroom team is always available to review floor plans and assist.

Submit Your Rental Request
Submit your order request through TapGoods. Please note that all rental orders are subject to equipment availability and final confirmation by the Persiano Event Rentals operations team.
Once received, our team reviews the dates, logistical requirements, and delivery address, and confirms your reservation promptly.
Coordinate Delivery or Pickup
You have two convenient fulfillment options:
- Showroom Pickup & Return: Pick up your order at our Irvine facility (40 Tesla, Suite A) during regular business hours at no delivery fee.
- White-Glove Delivery & Retrieval: Our logistics team delivers directly to your venue and collects equipment after your celebration. Professional setup and breakdown can also be added for an additional fee.
Rental Policies & Information
Standard equipment rental is 24 hours. Flexible multi-day and weekend extensions are available upon request to accommodate venue access windows.
Standard delivery is drop-off to a designated accessible location. Full setup and breakdown can be scheduled in advance for an additional fee.
All dinnerware, flatware, and glassware should be food-free and rinsed prior to return. Linens must be dry to prevent mildew. We complete full sanitization.
